By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant hollowprojection a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. hollowprojection is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

hollowprojection reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Hollowprojection.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

hollowprojection reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that hollowprojection will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

In no event shall hollowprojection’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Hollowprojection. The services would not be provided without such limitations.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. hollowprojection may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
